SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

All phone cases, hoodies, and car accessories go through a company other than us. Shipping for these items may take up to 6-11 business days to arrive to you. We strive for the best quality which states why shipping is longer for these products. 

Once an order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. This includes, but not limited to packages delivered to the wrong address, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.   

If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist by providing tracking information and, when possible, helping file a claim with the carrier. However, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for issues caused by the carrier once the package is out of our hands. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements. 

Customized or print-on-demand items, wrong selections by the buyer are not eligible for free returns. Shipping labels are made at the customers own cost if this situation occurs since this is not the stores fault.
